Design Your Course is an 9-10 week, step-by-step collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll take your insights & experience and structure them into a results-driven interactive, 5-module course (whether you choose to deliver it live or offer it as a self-paced experience). We break the entire creation process down into manageable, weekly pieces so you can build with clarity and momentum, without it taking over your life. 

And by the end of our time together, you’ll have a fully completed digital course ready to go and sell! The best part: once it’s done, you can offer it reputedly or set it up to be self-paced. The work is already completely done!

How we’ll work together

We’ll map out, refine, and finalize your course over 8 focused one-to-one sessions on Zoom spread + an implementation break across 9-10 weeks. I include the option of an extra 10th week just “in case” you need extra time (because, life happens!). This timeline gives you the opportunity to comfortably create your materials without feeling rushed but with the accountability and structure to get the course completed in full. 

Here’s how we’ll bring your course to life:

Session 1: The Blueprint & Progression (90-120 mins)

    • Clarify the overarching transformation your students will achieve by the end of your course.

    • Decide on your tech and delivery format (live or self-paced) so you know exactly what you’re building.

    • Map out the logical learning progression determining exactly what needs to be taught first, second, and third…

    • Begin to draft a working outline of your 5 modules, defining the core outcome and content flow
    • Your focus before Session 2: Tighten up your outline and get ready to build your Module 1 materials using the templates provided.

Sessions 2 to 6: Module-by-Module Creation (5 Sessions, 90 minutes each)

    • Every session will focus exclusively on designing one single module in full

    • We review the materials you created for the previous module, giving you direct feedback and adjustments.

    • We start mapping out the next module, locking in the specific outcomes, content flow, and practical exercises.

    • We’ll talk through the script structure or talking points for that module so you know exactly what to say when you record or teach it live

    • Your focus between sessions: Comfortably build that specific module’s materials before our next meeting.

Implementation Break: Scripting & Recording (1 Week)

    • We pause our live sessions here to give you breathing room.

    • This is your dedicated space to finalize your slide decks, tweak any scripts, and record your videos if you’re building a self-paced course.

    • You’re not alone during this break, you’ll have full priority access to me via Telegram for feedback on your videos, slide layouts, or scripting voice, or just those panic “wtf am I doing” moments.

Session 7: The Full Course Audit & Polish (90 minutes)

    • Review your complete course from top to bottom to make sure the progression, tone, and student experience feel seamless.

    • Identify any gaps, areas that need clarification, or lessons that might feel too heavy for your students.

    • Your focus before Session 8: Implement the final adjustments and polishes we mapped out during our audit.

Session 8: Tech, Positioning & Launch Prep (90 minutes)

    • We’ll finalize the right technology and platforms so that everything is set up and running smoothly

    • Lock in your pricing and positioning so it feels aligned and sustainable for your business and life!

    • Map out your specific anti-ick launch plan so you know exactly when, where, and how you’ll start talking about your course and enrolling your first students!

    • Dedicated Implementation Space: A built-in pause designed specifically to give you time to record and script without falling behind. Plus the option to take an extra 10th week (at no extra cost) at any time to if you need it. 

    • Ongoing Telegram Support: You have priority direct access to me between our sessions (and during the implementation break) for quick questions, script gut-checks, or video feedback.

    • Tailored Creation Templates: Access to customizable slide deck frameworks, worksheet templates + exercises, and scripting guides so you don’t have to design your materials from scratch
